Instead of upselling unnecessary services, they provided a detailed breakdown of what needed attention and what could wait. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, complete with free coffee and a selection of magazines. I also loved that they kept me updated throughout the process via text messages, which made it really convenient. After a couple of hours, I got the call that my car was ready, and I couldn’t believe how reasonable the pricing was! They even washed my car, which was a lovely surprise. The only minor downside was that the shop was quite busy when I arrived, so I had to wait a bit before someone could assist me. However, once they got to me, the service was 5-star all the way.
